This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for fees paid to Bag Carriers LLC ("Bag Carriers"). It applies to all purchases made through any Bag Carriers operated checkout, including bagcarriers.com and any client subdomain operated by Bag Carriers.
Short version: Setup fees are fully refundable until work begins on your project, then non-refundable. Monthly retainers are non-refundable once charged, but you may cancel at any time with thirty (30) days written notice and will not be charged for subsequent months.
The one-time setup fee is fully refundable if you cancel before work has begun on your project. "Work has begun" means any of the following has occurred:
Once work has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable. This is disclosed and acknowledged in the enrollment agreement you sign at checkout.
Monthly retainer charges are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel the monthly retainer at any time by providing thirty (30) days written notice to frank.lechner@bagcarriers.com. During the notice period, the Services remain active and the next regular monthly charge will be your final charge.
We do not pro-rate partial months. If you cancel mid-month, the Services remain available through the end of the billing period you have paid for.

We respond to refund requests within two (2) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days and typically appear on your statement within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on your card issuer.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all disputes directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of Services pending resolution.
We may issue refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate billing, billing errors, or extended Service outages caused by Bag Carriers.
