Setup fee of $2,499 (minus any applied coupon) is due at kickoff and is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before kickoff, you receive a full refund.
Monthly retainer begins on the same day next month, auto-renews monthly, and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Bag Carriers may adjust the rate with 30 days written notice.
AI agent add-ons are billed as part of the monthly retainer. You may add or remove agents at any time with 30 days notice.
Late payments (7+ days past due) may result in site suspension until payment is received.
Support — Bag Carriers responds within 1 business day, M–F. Uptime and payment issues prioritized.
Payment processing — If enrolling with Bag Carriers Payments, all card transactions on your site run through our processing partner. PCI compliance and chargebacks are administered by the processor. If bringing your own processor, you are solely responsible for processor fees and compliance.
Ownership — Bag Carriers owns the codebase. You own your business content, data, and branding.
Offboarding — Upon cancellation, your business data is exported and provided within 14 days. The site goes offline within 30 days of final billing.
Data — Your customer data is never sold or shared. Card data never touches Bag Carriers infrastructure.
Content warranty — You warrant that all logos, photos, and materials you provide are owned or licensed by you.
AI agent use — AI agents are tools to speed up your processes, not replace your judgment. AI may make mistakes. All AI-generated content (quotes, invoice reminders, review replies, posts, etc.) is staged as a draft. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving each output before it goes to your customers. Bag Carriers is not liable for content you elect to send without adequate review.
Governing law — Pennsylvania. Disputes resolved in Blair County, PA.
