These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Bag Carriers text-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms. They are provided in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Bag Carriers LLC ("Bag Carriers," "we," "us," or "our") operates a text-messaging program (the "Program") that sends SMS/MMS messages to prospects, leads, and enrolled clients who have opted in. Depending on how you engage with us, messages may include appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders; account, billing, enrollment, and service notifications; sales follow-ups and responses to inquiries you initiate; customer support and service updates; and, where you have separately opted in, occasional offers or promotions.
You enroll in the Program and provide your consent to receive text messages by:
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and your interactions with us. For example, you may receive messages when you request information, book or change an appointment, or in response to your account status.
Message and data rates may apply. Bag Carriers does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive text messages from that Program. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again as described in Section 2.

Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers, but we do not guarantee that the Program will be compatible with, or available on, every carrier, device, or plan.
We care about your privacy. Your mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS opt-in and consent, will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
