Review the agreement
Service. Bag Carriers will create, schedule, and publish social media posts to your selected platforms based on the tier you enroll in. You retain final approval authority on all content via the calendar Frank provides each month.
No setup fee. Your first month is charged today; service begins as soon as you complete the brand-voice intake and Frank reviews it. Subsequent months auto-renew on the same calendar day each month.
Monthly subscription auto-renews monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Bag Carriers may adjust the rate with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months.
Late payments (7+ days past due) may result in posting pause until payment is received.
Support. Bag Carriers responds within 1 business day, M–F. Posting interruptions and payment issues prioritized.
Approval & revisions. Every post is staged for your review in the monthly calendar before it is published. Two rounds of revisions per post are included; further revisions are at Bag Carriers' discretion. Posts not flagged within 24 hours of the scheduled publish time are deemed approved.
Content ownership. You own all content, graphics, and copy created for your account. Bag Carriers retains a non-exclusive right to use samples of the work in its own marketing portfolio.
Bag Carriers collaborator tag. Pro and Growth tiers include Bag Carriers being tagged as a collaborator/co-author on published posts where the platform supports it. Your brand voice remains primary.
Content warranty. You warrant that all logos, photos, customer information, and source material you provide are owned or licensed by you and may be used in social posts.
Platform access. You agree to grant Bag Carriers the Facebook Page Access (and Instagram if applicable) required to publish on your behalf. Bag Carriers will not access personal accounts or unrelated business assets.
Data. Your customer data is never sold or shared. Card data never touches Bag Carriers infrastructure.
Offboarding. Upon cancellation, scheduled posts not yet published are cancelled. The Bag Carriers collaborator tag is removed from future posts. Already-published content remains live on your page.
Governing law. Pennsylvania. Disputes resolved in Blair County, PA.
